Brexit is the term use to describe the United Kingdom's withdrawl from the European Union(EU). After World War 2, the EU was formed to to foster economic co-operation and avoid going to war. It is an economic and political partnership involving 28 European countries On June 23, 2016, 51.9% of the UK electorate decided upon the withdrawl. The scheduled withdrawl is to to take place on March 29, 2019. The decision to leave the EU revolved aroung the economy and immigration policies.
